Ofcourse it's working in India to certain extent. How did you think Arvind Kejriwal won? Do you see any parallels between Zelensky and Kejri?

Oil is only one of the commodities. India has far more important resources, say second largest farm land in the entire world by acreage. Had Pakistan and Bangladesh not become different countries we would be probably at par with US or more in farm land interms of acreage. India is leader in textile industry has had a history having best textiles. More importantly INDIA has human resources largest in the world. Such country can always be self reliant. 

The west and middle east were built on the slave labour. From the time of Brits, Indians form large chunk of organized human trade where many of them were taken to fight in far off lands, to do construction activities in South Africa, Guyana. Many came to Canada too. Everytime a country gets unstable there will be more human migration and more cheap labour. Post wars US has seen Portuguese, Italians and Irish migration in a similar manner. An unstable India will create even bigger pool of cheaper labour, which is good for the corps.
