Wierd Situation with Joining Date

Currently I am in India and Initial plan was to travel to USA with joining date of Aug 12th, later make a trip to India in September to get family to US. After putting number down with (flight tickets + hotel + food) >> Pay Check.

So I am thinking to postpone my joining date directly to September to save some money. Is it something I can ask employer to push my start date to September? If postponement not possible, is it something I can employer for flight tickets or Accomodation expensed?

I would rather be honest and explain that I am losing money by working in August but not sure how the employer receives it.

Family ni individual ga rammanu. Bring them to nearest hub so you can drive them. One or 2 flights avutundi. You don't need to travel back

Talk to HR if they can postpone the joining date.. if they say no, then you have no choice..

Hotel ki 30*($180/day) vesa. Cheaper alternatives emaina unnaya?
