Here is my situtaion
Working with Desi mesthri since 6 years ,PERM in process Nov 2023 is preiority , 
Working for 2 jobs for now , now first job vendor is saying come full time if not resign - Due to insurance iam gng to vendor fulltime , spoke to my Mestri he said you can go no issues i will take care of PERM Process,Na prime vendor filled h1b in premium process now , Mestri gadu emo neku payroll run cheyali ne secnd job dhi na company tho vunchutha , u can have 2 h1bs active that will not be a problem ,as long as u pay taxes no one will ask ane antundu, repu stamping ki velthe problem avthadha??

Its a tricky situation. I dont know any that had concurrent h1s in the past. Shouldn't be an issue as long as taxes are paid. Gc or stamping ki vellinappudu scrutiny ekkuvuntadi

Guys Concurrent H1B is totally valid... Ikkada una evaru kuda concurrent H1B chesina vaalu kaadu... but while applying concurrent H1B 0 to 20 hours per week ani pettukovali... technically its a part time anattu and then mestri tho understanding tho unthe em kaadu.... Its pakka valid and le gal kuda
