In your case you don't seem to have concurrent H1-B. You are going to have two regular H1-B from different employers. Is one of your employers willing to file Concurrent H1-B? They need  to mention in I-129 that it is for concurrent employment. 

If your question is can I work on 2 regular H1-Bs at same time - answer is NO
