eligible for interview waiver .I filled ds160 with a location of Hyderabad and I have a OFC appointment in Chennai

Can I drop the documents in Hyderabad

Yes allowed , they will ship your passport to chennai , and ship back

While submitting ds160 select chennai and you can drop at Hyd
