Actually Microsoft, it is a development center.  At the time what he got itself is a big acheivement. Until hyerabad was definitely city of nawabs, with old city allarlu. KTR and KCR continued the CBN, YSR development of legacy of hyderabad. Now revanthanna trying to take it back to city of nawabs old city allarlu

Why CBN could not bring developement centers of so many companies like KCR and KTR?

KCR and KTR had to deal with the backlash after Telangana movement

CBN had it easy and gave away so much of precious land for free

CBN is nothing but a glorified real estate dealer
