Then you need to publish in peer reviewed publications. Publishing in medium will have very little to no value.

Publish in IEEE conference it will satisfy criteria. Make sure at least one paper be 1st author to avoid RFEs .

It’s won’t qualify for scholarly article. Article need to peer /above our experiences editors need to review it to qualify for EB1A or B .
