Yeah lot will have a scenic and hilly views in the background. That’s agreed upon and couple of builders signed contracts for buying lots. Lot is very expensive since it is 1 acre. Do you think it is safe to buy now for future. Lot will have agricultural exemption for first 4 to 5 years.

Lots of rental properties and used homes for sale. Longer in the market for sale.

Travisso lo 3k+ sqft 750k ante gattigane paddaye prices from peak.. 2022 June lo konnavallaki raktha kannireyy. That same model similar sqft must have sold for 1 million easy peasy

The only problem here is that house prices have gone from

$600k to $1.2m between 2020 ~ 2023 now are coming back to $1m in 2024 this is the biggest problem
