It's not the right time to open borders. This will make Bangladesh angry and we dont want them to be an extra enemy. 

Once things stabilized in bangla, people can apply for asylum from bangla. But this approach would be dangerous to bangla hindus as they are being persecuted currently! Its a tough call to make!

 

Only India and some non islamic nations can raise their voice on international stages. To be frank, We are helpless in this situation to intervene in their national matters.
