2015 PD anukondi, ippudu client H1B transfer chesthe, should they initiate I-140 filing immediately or wait cheyyocha. 

 

How long can I work on approved H1B(new employer thoni ) without initiating I-140 filing? Any risks if client takes their own sweet time to initiate GC processing?

If you already have an approved I140 previously, then no rush as 2015 PD will not be current any time soon.

You can give any date. Just because date was current it dos not guarantee a GC.
