750,000 for 1900 sq.ft 

Cut chesthe ..the builder gave the deposits back. They are now repricing around 840,000

Each location has its own speciality ba.. 

some locations have demand and limited supply. 

some location have less demand and more supply. 

Equations changed based on the desirability of people as well. 

@Low - all new home owners with big loans crying anna... go and ask.

Yup ..this is border town. Not lexington or Burlington Waltham. Lexington aithe 2.6 million cheptunnadu 3500 sq.ft home. Chala ordinary ga vundi malli home

No I got another property .2 Mile's away adjacent to this. 

2017 built in between that area is 1.2 million for 2800 sq.ft. sold within 2 days.

Same home sold for 620,000 in 2021
