Yep. Idhe seeing across bay area. Most apartments have increased rents by 20 ~ 25% in the last 3 years.

CPI 2.9% ante, from last yr only 2.9% perigindi ani. Deflation vacchinappudu rents padtaayi which could take another 12 - 18+ months
