depends on how many are going

taxis and uber are very cheap. sometimes taxis cost less for the ride.

even between casinos on strip - you an take a taxi and it costs less than 10$.

I rented a car once in Vegas and regretted it—parking was expensive at most hotels and I barely used it since the Strip is super walkable. Last time I took cabs and used the monorail, way easier.

For trips where driving makes more sense, like Dubai, I’ve had a much better experience with car rental Dubai since the city is more spread out and public transport doesn’t go everywhere.
