In my experience complaining does not take you anywhere. Every team, you have people like this. Ignore and carry on with your work. Use confluence or meeting notes, put action items and assign to specific people as discussed. You ask everyone to take turns to run the meeting and take notes/action items. Do not target someone or mention a persons name when they ask a question. Like e.g. Someone asks hey how does this work. Document - "We discussed the architecture for XYZ". Remember its not your job to manage the team. It's your managers. Quote
