Why some employers accepts GC people only why not GC Ead?

GC ead is not GC 😁

and there is nothing like GC ead.. it is an employment authorization card based on some pending application (be it 140 or 485 or some other category, which may be denied)

they are just trying to limit the eligible candidates

Some jobs require secret clearance which is generally given only to US citizens and gc holders. In most cases, employers would like to avoid exposing themselves to the govt. and dont want to deal with sponsoring. GC EAD is still viewed as supporting employee for gc.

GC EAD means that employer may end up filing 485J for you. This form requires almost the same information about the company as submitted in H1b application, things like revenue, no of employees, EIN etc. Companies prefer not to divulge this information to the govt.

EAD is issued for several reasons - OPT, h4 with 140, AOS pending (aka GC) etc. 

EAD is 100% an employee document and employer has no way to control or support in case of extensions or denials. 

If EAD does not get extended employer cannot do anything except to terminate employment. Anduke several companies do not prefer EAD candidates.

I tell vendors don't take GC ead . Vomerican vendor think GC-ead lo unte Gc 2 years lo vastundhi and it is not correct. I explained for citizens of Indian GC ead is 20 years not 2 years  to get GC. 

Take GC or US citizens ani chepina kuppallu kuppalu ga unnaru market lo

@JANASENA us citizen is used by 20 opts.
