Bachupally area is polluted and worst infrastructure kada! Etu vellalanna gantale. Why not try Maheshwaram mandal? That seems to be a hot cake now. Nee avasaram ento teleedu. KPHB and Hitec city side second hand kooda aa price ki dorukutunnayi.

Schools and offices deggaraga undali...This project is opposite to DR Reddy Laboratories. Gated villas Anni above 3cr. Ee dhikku lekha ee project seeing. Hi tech city lo standalone vache chance undhi but not a gated community.

Don't fall for the gated trap. You will be better off having your own space and able to control the decisions. US lone HOA ante chiraku padataru, India lo inka pethanam ekkuva. Sorry. Naku aa area lo finance idea ledu. Reliable friends ni adigi chepdam ani aaganu. aa price lo villas ante raavanta baa. Land dorukuddi antunnaru. Villas ~1.9cr nundi start antunnaru. ~1.5cr kuda dorakochu kani land litigation lo vunnavi dorukutayi antunnaru.

They also said that, and I agree, top5 constructions tho tappinchi vere vallatho vellaku. Projects complete cheyadam doubt ee. Lands konukkuni illu neeku kavalsinattu kattukovadam quality wise best. Top5 construction companies emo villas cheyatledu. Apartments ee chestunnaru. Maheshwaram side ante MAK projects and Greenrich ee choodamantunnaru. Both do not have villas planned very soon antunnaru.

You really need to see those areas to understand where you want to buy ... Everything depends on your needs.

Kids/schools and closer to office ante, take an apartment in high rise ... Community untundi. Villas would be out of your range. Independent homes ante, you wont get community but you dont have to worry about HOA/monthly fees. High Rise/villas HOA is a big monthly expense.

Another option is to look for places near ORR Exits. West hyderabad is all hyped and prices way too high for what they offer. Srisailam Highway/Maheshwaram mandalam is a decent option. 2 CR you will get a good villa. International schools unnai. ORR is nearby to go to Financial city. Plenty of forest area, so greenary is good. 

I have been looking at other areas as well. You will get a villa for 1.2-1.3 cr. But small plot size and 3 floors. Construction quality issues and amenities not good. You get what you pay for.

Look at Magic Bricks and 99Acres sites.
