Even if no corruption govt must give it to more social oriented organizations who can cook food as per requirements of locals. Not such organizations who have heavy food taboos.

We all know what happens when you give it to "govt contracts" ..

let other NGOs came , they can come from other states or show their quality at smaller scale.... 

AFAIK this is one of the better run NGO...much much better than others. 

If you ask me, they shouldn't subsidize too much and change it to 10 rs for tiffin and 20 rupees for lunch / dinner.

If you can look at the kitchen set up and equipment they have, it is a huge responsibility and commitment to serve the millions of people every day. Don't think it is a monopoly, its not easy for every one to set these huge kitchens to manage.

I really appreciate the people who works at these big organizations. If you can listen, they start cooking at 1 am (yes 1 am) to get the breakfast ready for the canteens. Huge respect ! 🙏

Food taste, safety and quality control consistency undali gaa...... District ki oka different local food contractor isthe How can you get that same consistancy across the state??? 

 

Such a waste of time and effort by government to monitor every local contractors.
