I really appreciate the people who works at these big organizations. If you can listen, they start cooking at 1 am (yes 1 am) to get the breakfast ready for the canteens. Huge respect ! 🙏

It is a kitchen ..and all they cook is sambar/idli. This is not rocket science - lots of campuses cook these meals for thousands. Yes some modern hygiene needs to be maintained ... kaani emi brahma vidya emi kaadhu. This organization is grabbing all these lucrative contracts from govt. There should be atleast some competition.

It may claim to be non-profit but they are contractor who provides services for payment.

Their second figure how your money spent looks suspect. THey are saying govt gives only 8.33 as subsidy? AP govt is paying Rs25 per meal. May be it is for something else.
