Not that easy problem to fix, insurance is a double edged sword you get nuisance free care but costs will keep increasing because the ones negotiating are the party that's ultimately paying.

Medical education is very costly and tightly controlled so it hinders increase of doctors wrt population. In turn the cost of care is expensive.

Medical education is not making medical expensive. Too many middle men between patient and doctor .

lol. what are you smoking. it is doctors and nurses are 40% reason that hospitals bills so much. cardiologist salary is not less than 750k. 12 years experienced nurse salary s 120k. fresh nurses also taking 75k minimum. General physician costs 350k. gynaecologists urologists etc. all takes minimum 400k salaries. then hospitals need to run in profit as most of them are private. so hospitals are another 35% reason for high cost. what are you talking?

OPT extension is proposed by george bush itself. but USCIS took so much time to bring to final approval. but have you seen 2009 and 2010 period where obama targetted so many h1b candidates and consultancies etc.? it was cruel. he never liked legal immigrants. he always tortured h1b candidates during his time.

Kavalante apesevadu kada, urike em cheyaledu le. Big tech bane lobbying chesindi specially Netflix and Facebook. Highly doubt Obama himself ordering such things, agencies do their own thing to control fraud. Net positive nannu adigithe, 140 rule itself is huge. Most of us without GC danithone surviving. And I think there was court ruling to treat amendments like new applications. Even then it was way better than Trump regime.

I remember him increasing OPT fee and H1B filing fee to secure border in the south; as if US have no money to protect borders other than relying on fees from visa filing.
