coffee Posted August 22, 2024 Report Posted August 22, 2024 My brother filled my DS-160 but didnt submit it, he lives in california. On the visa interview i was asked if the application was filled by me. I said yes. Next he asked me if the application was filled in california I have to say yes. I told him that my brother helped with my DS-160. The application was rejected. I am wondering how does the visa officer know that the application was filled in california. Quote
