What I understood is normal case like straight forward h1b aiyte small law firms are better. Frago**n, Ogle lantivi too much bureaucracy untundi. Also, some clerk works on those cases and then a lawyer just signs without even looking at paperwork.

But every two weeks ninchi email frequency penchi every week cheyi and also start cc'ing your hiring company recruiter and hiring manager also.

honestly i am doing this day after day

problem was recent long weekend, most of the time i am getting out of office replies either one of the recipients 

yesterday talked to hiring manager, he said he will push something from his side as well, lets see

finally they did it  after lot of pushing 

but final verdict is they are snail slow
