Interesting points from the article

• Rising costs for AI companies due to Data Labelling. This is the process of creating labels/tags for data so that the model can recognize and interpret patterns
• Data Labelling has so far been used to develop AI models for self-driving cars to recognize images of pedestrians, trucks, and stop signs labelled properly. 
• LLMs go through Reinforcement Learning Human Feedback where humans provide qualitative feedback or ranking on what the model produces.
• Data Labelling companies like Scale AI, Snorkel AI, Otherside AI, CareYaya, etc received a lot of funding but confirmed rising costs. DON'T RUSH TO LOOK FOR THE STOCK CODES. THESE ARE NOT LISTED. THERE YOU GO, I SAVED YOU SOME TIME. 

Why Costs are going up - They have to now hire professionals or highly technical people in fields like Finance, Legal and Health Care. Basically, Doctors, Lawyers, PHDs, etc

This is really good news for these professionals as they now have the opportunity to do 2nd, 3rd, 4th Jobs and not be jealous of IT professionals.

The bad news for them is that soon, with all these AI Models, Technology will slowly start replacing their expertise reducing their billing rates, and demand for those jobs.

Good news for IT professionals is that they can stop worrying about their jobs being replaced by AI. The scope is wider now. Stay back and be relaxed. This will be a problem for everyone, not just us

Its going to change a lot of job families in the world in the nest 5-10 yrs. I pity the kids who are in high school now. They have to adjust a lot to the newer job types.

A lot of Investment is going into it. Technology is no where near real usage and use-cases. Read the article on the challenges. A lot of funding is coming to start ups. A lot of them will be unsuccessful. 

But real players emerge from it, Like I said another 5-10 yrs for some decent use-cases will come out of it. It will explode later.

Every 5 years ki oka emerging technology identify chesi, dani mida hype penchutaaru.. remember blockchain?? Companies invested a hell lot of money on blockchain.. hundreds of start ups came up and all of them shut their shop long time ago..

I never understood Blockchain. I spent a lot of time. Talked to people. No one could explain properly. So imagine the plight of non-IT people.

AI is different. Who thought Self-driving cars were possible. But we have them. Its a different story whether people are buying them or not. May be some practical issues with them.

AI is still very primitive. Even after 5 yrs it will be primitive. But it will change the way we do certain things. 

I dont think it will replace everything. It will fail in a lot of places, but a lot of good use-cases will come out of it.

you will see nearby restaurent who brains  are carving for spicy biryani and alchol in the evening menu.
