Anyone still renting after 10+ years in US?

Been to US 17 years Still renting. Looking at the House Prices and Property taxes Renting appears to me more economical. With own house you will have comfortable space to live in. Renting is a compromise.

Home is built with people around you, not owned vs rented. Technically both are same , owned = taxes, interest , hoa and maintenance antey authadi rent antha, if home value increases then it's a good one esp primary resident.

First of all renting = paying mortgage ane assumption marchukovali. 

for some prime real estate markets like east coast where old houses hold value makes sense but not all the areas are the same naa. when you consider other costs like commute to work, other aspects of living in remote suburbs you end up spending more.
