What is end game of hydra?

Today my parents told me. My grandfather house is sealed under hydra. It is no way near river or seweage area. Its main road property bought in 1960. We did extra floor construction. They sealed whole building. Our tdp babu  took 200 sq in road winding 30 years back.

Yes bro. Also lost lot of land in road winding . Govt paid nothing today worth of that is 2 cr

Deviation vundi ….GHMC la old floor plan and new floor plan submit chesinara ? Newly built floor ki permission vunda ? New floor ki emana deviations vunte, daniko BRS kattinara  ?
