What happens to reservations after caste census? CBN said Skill census and Rahul baba said caste

What is Skill census? Not everyone do skill based jobs.. for someone working as a clerk, what is the skill? 

Caste census chesthe, reservations will increase as the OBc and SC/ST population is much higher than the Oc population

In few decades 90% of so called Forward Castes or other castes will comeout of India…

migitha antha OBC,SC and ST valle untaru…so reservation can be raised upto 90% and only other 10% should be given to OC’s
