I don't understand why these posts are given to non-cricketers. He and a lot of ex-ICC chairman and BCCI chairman are use-less guys.

They are not given ,they used to be fiercely contested , oka 2 terms nunchi Delhi nunchi impose chestunaru ,so democracy dobbindi....anthe

There are plenty of cricketers who are into business and management. I am sure they can find plenty of people with those skills. Anyways its typically Accountants and others in the commissioners office who guide and do most work. Important decisions need to be taken esp keeping cricketers in mind. 

I am sure they can find easily.
