Exactly - It was an old program, but this bill expands to lose the citizenship/residency requirement.

there are other urgent issues in cali....i feel these are misplaced priorities.

Hope the ~16300 who got rejected was for genuine reason and 1700 people that got were not exclusively illegals(imported voters). 

May be the article I shared is blown out of proportion but that doesn't discount the fact that the LEFT wing ideology is sick and dangerous for the nation.
