We should be blaming ourselves kaka... Too much conservatism with no rational thinking.  Parents are not teaching children how to handle the situations like when there is a adultery or alcholism or drug addiction or Gambling addiction.

I disagree with your opinion. Whatever happened in this case is not right. "But vaadu okkade chavachu kada, aameni vadilipettochu kada." Enti ee comments? People like you are dramatizing the role of a woman and handing an unfair advantage to them in this society. Both man and woman play a crucial part in kid's upbringing. Woman in this case may not be equally strong but there are many women physical abusers. More than physical abuse, all women resort to mental abuse against men that may be causing them to take these steps. We all joke about their antics in this direction in each of our household. Why are you not considering mental abuse or harassment?
