for the amount of corruption and encroachments, it is not easy right away to prove anything. Atleast greenery peruguddi. May be that is a start.

Bro, the cost to recycle building waste of demolitions is very high. Building waste anta clear Cheysi, add it back to FTL or buffer zone is extremely expensive and difficult. Instead they could have just penalized the government officials who gave permissions and those who encroached these lands with 20 or 40 times its value and use those funds for sewage and lakes preservation. If they cannot pay the fines, they should self demolish with in a time period.

Late 90’s lo ilane oka thelivi leni sannasi okadu vachi illegal buildings and encroachments ni penalize chesi regularize chesinaru…danivalle ie problem antha…late years la it became a procedure. Occupy lands, deviate from standard rules and then pay a fine and regularize the building. 
 

Infact, ala chesina tarvate encroachments ekuva ayyi, vunna lakes and ponds and nalas anni egiripoinayi…maximum encroachment happened in the last 20 years.

HYdRAA in its present form won’t survive for long…The legality is in question and now last two weeks la ledu ledu anna oka 1000-2000 crs worth property is demolished and another fee thousands crores are ready to be demolished. Its a huge task and with proper legality, it will struck down in court…

Looks like Gumpu may go for an oridinance for HYDRAA as early as next week..
