this is what i have written as well the proposal started in 2009 itself and initial budget got approved in 2013 itself under by then prp mla and started minimal works and went to shelf.. again 2016 lo it was brought up and constructed the phase1...

rest all was finished by YCP...

it's all on google baa..you can review also 2019 lo lanka lo varadhalu vacchinappudu video kooda velli YCp batch channels lo kooda choodu u'll know the importance on the remaining work of the retaining wall.. my point was simple it was on cards for 14+ yrs.
