In Dallas, TX I spent 3 days without electricity, no wifi for 12 hours each day for 3 days. House temperature was under 40-50 F degrees whenever the electricity was gone. Houston, Florida, New York hurricane sandy kooda same. People runout of water and food in stores nearby. Atleast Hyd lo tropical climate you don't freeze to death. 

I have a friend who lives here in this Mokila community...... He says this has been happening the year since he moved in (2021).

Aaa front 50% of the community which includes entrance, clubhouse, park and 40% of total villas..... The builder clearly occupied the nalas downstream water flow and constructed over it without any storm drainage canals. 

This year it became even worst because more communities are coming up and building around it with walls. 

10 years ago these are all farm fields..... rains vachi water overflow ayyithe all farmers polam ki gandi kottukuni they used divert the water to Musi river catchment area (which is 1km away from these villas). This is a total mess created by everyone and will not be resolved that easily...... Tv9 lo complain chestunnaru paiki but deep inside even the owners fear that if they involve Hydra in this issue they will lose their home completely.
