I have a friend who lives here in this Mokila community...... He says this has been happening the year since he moved in (2021).

Aaa front 50% of the community which includes entrance, clubhouse, park and 40% of total villas..... The builder clearly occupied the nalas downstream water flow and constructed over it without any storm drainage canals. 

This year it became even worst because more communities are coming up and building around it with walls. 

10 years ago these are all farm fields..... rains vachi water overflow ayyithe all farmers polam ki gandi kottukuni they used divert the water to Musi river catchment area (which is 1km away from these villas). This is a total mess created by everyone and will not be resolved that easily...... Tv9 lo complain chestunnaru paiki but deep inside even the owners fear that if they involve Hydra in this issue they will lose their home completely.

I agree, whatever happedned i mhouston is not a recurring thing every year and its purely natures act.

if hyd’s Issue is purely act of greed and violation of rules then let hydra fo its things, what i am sayjg is we cannot blame the small fish like these Villa buyers

An individual buyer cannot dictate the market,  mari a lekkana acre 100 crs ki enduku ammondhi govt if thats not the market value?

There are new ones that are coming up with 12-18 cr range already sale start aindhi, you wre dillusional if you think only nris are the only ones buying these properties, nris market only 20% -30% untadi, rest 70% is local market
