Very easy to say but difficult to do. 

Lets say the villa is finished and you ask all the right questions. Even the construction looks great. But there is no way to check the quality of construction and the issues with plumbing, electrical, etc. Even if you go during construction, you do not know the quality of materials used or if it's being done right unless you are an expert. 

Even for Rainwater exit, I am sure there is something and they will give a good answer. There is no way to check unless the issue happens. In their case, based on what I saw in the video, the issue became bigger with more and more construction around their community and them being on a higher ground. 

What's really needed is these communities to be aligned properly and HOAs to work with local authorities and get the issues worked upon. If there is pressure from more communities authorities have to respond.

I just ran into one of those  at stop sign, she just ran over 2 stop signs with her kid in the front, sad part is she didn’t even realize until I told her that she did.. she could have easily killed someone

these days lot of salaries touching 1cr and above in India and with both working, household income between 2-3 cr is possible

5-6 cr villas kone vallu mostly vellu and then local business, celebrities etc, NRIs may be a good percentage but lot of other folks are buying too

big companies with RSUs unte easily fossible for Indian IT folks...

Agree NRI ni baaga overhype chestunnar but they own no more than 20%.... I'm only talking abt Villas and Apartments....... Farm lands around Hyd ayyithe That figure will be no more than 5-10%...... Most of these rich villas are owned by locals who have been in Hyd since 1970-80's. 

Most of these are people who bought some sort of lands for dead cheap like 25K-50K/acre or 100-200 rupees/Sqyard in 1980-90's. 

Kukkatpally mainroad lo one of my uncle bought 1000 sqyard commercial plot for 1.5 Lakh rupees in 1980's..... Now that same land alone costs 25-30 crores....... 2000 times your money return in 40 years..........this is only one of his several properties around Hyd

There are 5 blackmoney local Hyd millionaires like this for every 1 wealthy NRI investor.
