I have seen my friends from 2011 grad batch who went to Indiana, Purdue, University of Texas while rest of those that didn't do well joined no name schools and went to consultancies. This was 2011. Before that the legit students are even more and low GRE and TOEFL scores was almost guaranteed rejection.

Ippudu vache Gen Z lo idhi inka entrench ayipoyindhi. They are street smart and more self obsessed. But only few of them are academically strong. They are into easy routes even more. Fake GC, fake marriage whatever doesn't matter only $$$.

Relatively India nunche vache H1s are screened , has legit experience if you're from big firms, on site kosam politics, dabbulu pettadalu gatra bane chestharu. One and only mission US ravadam H1B ane type. Aithe there also some who didnt like US and went back to India as they are happy there. Same same but different.

Direct H1s are usually too difficult to work with. They spoil office environment.

MS - Disney Land, explore new things

Opt - little tension on Job, But try to get relaxed BCoz of Sponsers - Consultancy Guest house, Training.. Grocery - 10g thinadam - eppudu lenidhi cereals, 3 Glasses milk daily, atleast 5-6 chapathi/ paratha, 2-3 eggs.. etc  and finally diet conscious

H1B - New Job - exciting, limit expenses, calculate education Loan, Credit.. - Finally wait for Salary, Pay Slip.. Awareness of Financial, Visa Status, Study

Post H1B - After 6 Months - little discussion with emp 70-30 %, 80-20%, regarding GC application.. looking for other Consultancy or FT who can apply for GC immediately..

inka direct H1 - Most of them try to see F1->H1 as fakes, try to be in limelight though they have nothing to speak in team meetings..
