My GC case was reopened after 2 years

I keep an eye on my daily USPS digest emails to track incoming mail, and I saw that I’m receiving a letter from the USCIS field office today, which is how I confirmed my case.

When your case was approved in sep 2022 EB2 is current and EB3 is not. From Oct 2022 both categories retrogessed. 

On your GC is it showing your category as E21 or E26 ?

Date is cuurent in EB2 and not in EB3 as your PD.

Are you with the same employer at the time of 485 filing ? Did you file amended I140 or new I140.

USCIS has accepted their mistakes for GC approvals in 2021 and 2022.

E37 means your GC is approved in EB3 category. Your PD is not current at that time for EB3. That might be the reason they re-opened the case again.

Talk to your attorney once you have the letter.

This is critical. You should be considered in E26 instead to be valid. You should be able to get this corrected. Not sure how your attorney missed this.

Sometimes USCIS's automated systems send 100% informational letters like "We issues, we are working, this is a receipt etc."

Yes, EB2 to EB3 ki TUB file chesinappudu adi approve aithe, that case is no longer in consideration for EB-2 ani uscis policy chepthundi.

Their audits are 1-2 years behind. So audit lo emanna trigger ayyundochu.
