this si happening from 2010, U-sc-lS caught many times when they come for onsite visit and send employees back home remove H1. That is employee problem, nothing wrong with employers. We just live happily!!

Y would they do that? Dont they have to pay the fees for 5 applications. Upfront anta money pedthara?

Here the candidate is having genuine 12 years experience in India.consultancy owner some how wanted this guy h1b lottery to be picked up so that he can start earning money on him.so he filed 3 registrations (each 10$) through his sister companies.most of his employees are opt students.so my brother with 12 years exp was a golden duck for him
