Rents in 2022

Flat 1- 31

Flat 2- 18

Flat 3- 19

Flat 4 -25

 

Rents in 2024

Flat 1- 44

Flat 2 -22

Flat 3- 29

Flat 4 -32

 

I have one more house in vja where the rent is 20k. It didn't improve much in last 2 years

5% annual return with appreciation in flat values. seems good. do you pay tax on these rents?

No Bro, why should I pay? So that they can give freebies to alaga janam and I have to travel on Roads with potholes. I am not a law abiding citizen. I only pay property taxes.

1 duplex 3bhk flat and 1 2bhk flat in Madhapur. 1 in kothaguda and 1 in kondapur
