I've seen mandarins(chinks, viets, japs, kors) struggling to pronounce but they speak good grammar, even pakistani students ni kuda chusa surprise ayya, valla english, confidence, denamma, manollu build up ekkuva vishayam thakkuva anipinchindhi

Emo uncle… naku andaru Telugu valle thagilaaru… meetings lo kuda pure Telugu matladtunnaru… one Hindi guy left the team as everyone ignored him and used to talk in Telugu.. he couldn’t bear it and he couldn’t participate in the meetings..

Not in my exp... all desis unanimously agree english lekunte no bathuku.

Witch companies lo sometimes most of the team members speak same language, and communication lo kuda local language use chestharu. appudu they defend themselves like this saying eng no needed ani. But outside they all want better proficieny in eng.
