I saw this a few days back, but didn't post it. What I see is they are responding for making a statement of man made flood in the past. You get what you sow.

back then tdp complained that flood has been becoz of the govt's failure

same now YCP is doing in both cases i would say both govts failed.

One completes a retaining wall construction and saved Krishna lanka while other is busy in getting photographs in Boats and JCBs.
