Bro - Simple way to get it around 120/80. Just do simple free training for 15 mins at least burning around 150 cals for 2~3 times a week.

Pre-Hypertension. Family lo unda? If yes you are on path to get it. 

Change diet. Reduce salt. Outside food taggisthe chalu .... If it keeps increasing, replace regular salt with "saidhava Lavanam" or potassium chloride. You will get it in Indian stores.
