3. North Carolina - Raleigh/Cary/Durham

Florida also gained some desis especially Tampa area

Most of the inward migration happened from East Coast, Mid West and up to some extent West Coast.

I have a plan to live in India and US. Finances in CA will not support that. Cheap housing is the key. Texas has no state tax. 
Handling people - Not an issue. Heat - thinking.

I am also looking for cheaper options in CA as well.
