You need to think about houses in Tracy which has the same prices in Dallas or Frisco areas ?

It’s very difficult to manage finances in CA with high property taxes and expenses. Build some income streams and the point is to not work and shuttle between India and US.

I dont know about the job situation there but the housing market will correct big time there. Too much of supply there and a lot of homes under water ..

Overall life enjoyment CA is much better IMPO.. housing in Texas and many other states not cheap anymore unless u stay away very far from desi composed areas which won’t be great school districts and  good neighborhoods in terms of safety etc
