Can employer take back salary

Nothing like that..also he is sending emails that's it's my friend's responsibility to check with vendor..I told him this is ridiculous..

Emanna fraud unte vendor or employer pay cheyyaru, if there are any conditions in the contract… usually employer pays 45 days after the contractor joins…

Only bonus they can if there is signed aggreement. They can claim i-140 filing expenses as salary overpayment again if there is signed contract

Vendor pay chesina cheyakapoina why did your friend wait for 3 months without a salary ? employer has to pay the salary .
