There are two sides to this.. Kannadigas are way too nice that Tamils, Telugus and Mallu’s dominate them in all aspects in Bangalore. They were fine with this. There are so many Tamil medium schools in Bangalore. 
But now, Hindi domination is getting much more that people demand auto drivers to speak in Hindi, not even English. No one even tries to learn or speak in Kannada… it is paining them a lot..

Isn't Hyderabad as cosmopolitan as Bangalore?

Hyderabad lo Hindi/Urdu and Telugu - both works. But you don’t see other languages spoken in Hyderabad like Tamil or Malayalam… they learn our language or at least speak in English or Hindi. 

Bangalore lo low level work chesevallu andaru rural Karnataka nunchi vachina vallu.. people try to talk to them in Hindi and expect them to know Hindi… it pains them to see that their language doesn’t work anymore to continue to do their jobs..

Everyone need to adapt to changing demographics..... maa village lo Kannada telugu tamil ye matladtam.... mem maa state capital Hyd and Bengaluru vachina kooda maa yaasa and language ye matladtam....... We won't learn English or Hindi ante tengadhu.

Hyderabad slowly becoming like that we are missing telugu language. I hate when I come across people talking in Hindi not urdu. Ekkada vellina north santha adedo valla state lekka feel aitunnaru.
