Idi bogus...adi community outsider ki allowed undadu for auction...community villa owners pool ayyi auction cheskuntar and they use that money for community development like repairs maintenance watchman salaries etc....hype kosam news vallu kuda telsina vestaru....my own mama stays in those villas..infact they are the actual property owners who have let out the property to builder for villa construction on 40:60 basis

Why are cultural amounts being used for community maintenance? Community maintenance ki Cooperative Society form chestaru. They cannot contravene into other activities. Supreme Court ee cheppinattu vundi. People cannot be forced for chandas and maintenance money is separate.
