I believe everyone's luck is different. Having said that ... Recruiters look for resume that stands out.

Our resume must reflect our work and personality, written in the Industry standard words and terms. It needs to make an impact on the first read itself. Work on your resume and your LinkedIn profile. 

Ask your friends for feedback on the resume. Look for some other profiles with similar experience and go through them. You might get some better ideas.
