I am not a Python developer but learnt some python recently. 

I do have programming background some yrs back. 

I had a use case - To do certain Stock Technical Analysis calculations to be done on Stock data retrieved from Yahoo Finance using their YFinance and build my own stock screener.

I used this - https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/data-analysis-with-python/

I started with "Data Analysis with Python". I did some google search as well when I got stuck.
