That's unfortunate you seem to fall into this trap of contrived evidence. Those charity institutions (like Cancer research UK) have questionable funding and don't really have your best interests. See the works of Dr. Philip Olivida, Dr. Robert J Kiltz, Dr. Paul Mason, Dr. Shawn Baker who himself is an athlete. I say try Keto (with unprocessed fattier Red meat Cuts) and get your blood work in 2 months. You will be surprised to see your findings. You will also notice increased metabolism, more energy, higher libido and will loose weight. Quote

Doctor is supposed to be healer ultimately. Quote

Sunflower oil good for health ani india lo 90's 2000's lo promote chesaru ... peanut and palm oil not good ani ... Cut cheste, now they say Cocunut, peanut oil and palm oil are best ... Same with diets. Sometimes its Must-Eat-Breakfast, Eat-Small-meals .. now its Dont-Eat-Breakfast, eat-only-2meals I believe different races respond differently to diff diets. For European and American and even Pakistani, Middle East beef seems to be good. Ours is different. I believe in eating moderate. Eat all veggies and meats. I love Mutton. Eating 2 meals a day works for me. Quote

For European and American and even Pakistani, Middle East beef seems to be good. Ours is different. I believe in eating moderate. Eat all veggies and meats. I love Mutton. Eating 2 meals a day works for me. Yes I remember. Which is why I stay away from seed oils. I only use peanut oil and sesame oil (nuvvulu) and Ghee. Btw, Ghee and even peanut oils and Sesame oil have high saturated fats. Ghee is 50% saturated fat. It doesn't hurt your health. It does the opposite, it gives you sense of fullness when you eat. Wrt, diets I don't talk of fads, double polished white rice is what destroyed Andhra first and then telangana. Before that people used to eat low to moderate glycemic index foods, like raagulu, sajjalu, jonnalu then they were healthy. The high glycemic index foods like double polished white rice pushed Telugu people into hyperinsulinemia then diabetes. The same higher insulin levels has created inflammation, then atherosclerosis and elevated LDL levels. It's not the saturated fats. People used to eat a lot of ghee before never had any issues. Seed oils, and GMO oils do the exact opposite. Eating mutton is very good. You get complete Amino acids, Vitamin B12, Zinc all essential for testosterone. Even saturated fat is essential for body. Eating two meals, is what you call intermittent fasting, it keeps your insulin levels in check. The whole issue is tainting red meat is bad. It's not bad at all as long as it's not processed. Most of the literature references, that poster Gothamprince shared don't have have any test or control groups that were fed unprocessed red meats. They were either referring to standard American diets(which are highly processed) and or processed meats that skew the results. Keep eating Mutton 😎🥳🥳 1 Quote
