One of my cousin went to canada recently and it looks like he went for PG diploma course and master degree. Are they cons with PG diploma course compared to masters degree? in terms of PR and work permits

Masters ki points ekkuva vastay for PR.

and some specific universities ki PR easy ga vasthundi.
