IT very low jobs, if you have remote them only move buffalo 🦬 

house 300-400K you get 4000 sq ft house 

Desis less but not bad, they have good schools 

I am in further west in Lubbock and work remote , very less Desis but I love this place

My plans are a bit different. Find alternate income sources, buy low-cost home and travel India/US.

travel US/India aithee don't think anna and the cheapest house will be in Texas  . 300-400k you find a house 10 miles away from Frisco area in good communities.
